Baxter (Parkland) Burn Resuscitation

First-24-hour fluid resuscitation for thermal burns ≥ 20 % TBSA (adult) or ≥ 10 % (pediatric). Crystalloid (lactated Ringer's preferred). Titrate to urine output 0.5 ml/kg/h adult, 1 ml/kg/h pediatric.
